Customize your own Military Style Dog tags! Great for gifts or to keep on you in case of an emergency. ***We do not recommend including a SSN on these.*** What we do recommend are the following: Name, Date of Birth, Blood Type, Medical issues, Emergency Contact Phone Numbers. Each item comes with two tags, one long chain, one short chain, and two black silencers. Please double check your customization to make sure it fits properly and is spelled correctly. More options (colors of tags and silencers) coming soon!
Orders are not refundable due to the customizations. Please triple check your spelling as we will not be able to replace due to a typo. We cant guarantee it, however we will attempt to get a picture of the tags to you before we ship.
